When will I be billed?

Monthly subscriptions renew at the same time on the same day each month.

What if I need to skip a month, pause, or cancel my subscription?

If you want to change your subscription or skip a month please log into your account. Go to "Manage Upcoming Subscriptions" to skip the period you desire.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Sure. Your paid subscription can be canceled anytime by going to the "Manage Subscriptions tab (once signed in) Go to the last section "Cancel Subscription”.

Please note: You must cancel prior to your "Next Order Date". You can find this date on the homepage of your "Manage Subscription" page. If canceled AFTER your "Next Order Date", you WILL be shipped a box for that period.

How do I update my billing information?

If you want to change or update your subscription, please log into your account. Go to "Manage Subscriptions”. Go to "Payment Information" to update your card info. If you have any questions you can email info@dyamondandco.com and we'll be happy to help you.

What is the cut off date to order this month's box?

We are open for subscriptions for our next shipment between the 1st and 20th of the month or until we sell out. If we have more spaces to get in before our next shipment we will continue to accept subscribers for that period. However, there are times that we sell out of the next box before the 20th. When this happens, a message will be posted on the website stating that we are sold out for the current month. When this happens, and you have subscribed after the cut off, you’ll automatically receive a box the following month. At times, there will be an option to add a box to be shipped within 3 days (if available) at checkout.

My box arrived damaged. What do I do?

Sorry, your items didn't arrive as expected! Sometimes products get damaged during shipping but we have a solution for you! Just email us at info@dyamondandco.com and we will be happy to replace any damaged items.

Will I be charged for shipping?

Yes, you will be charged a small shipping fee each month.

Do you offer refunds?

Sorry, we do not offer refunds. Please note: this is a surprise box and there’s always a risk that you may dislike some of the contents on a particular month. If not happy with what’s inside, this is a perfect opportunity to re-gift items to friends and family.

When will my box ship?

Our boxes ship out each month on or around the 28th of the month. Certain times of the year, we may ship boxes slightly early.

Do you ship internationally?

We are pleased to announce that we now ship worldwide. Orders shipped within the U.S. take around 3-5 days to arrive but can take a bit longer depending on location. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, and international orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We may be unable to track certain international orders after they have left the U.S., and are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Prices for shipments outside of the U.S. may differ, and any applicable customs fees must be paid upon delivery. By making a purchase, you agree to pay any additional custom fees that may occur.
